Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/09/2020 At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file appeal in view of provisions contained in Section 14-A of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short 'the Act of 1989'). With the liberty as prayed for filing appeal in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 14-A of the Act of 1989, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of the impugned order may be returned after retaining photo copy of the same.
