Since order has been passed against the petitioner and challenged this writ petition would not be maintainable, the present writ petition is disposed off as there is no cause of action for issuance of any writ. However, in future, occasion arises, he is free to file writ petition in order to ventilate his grievance. No order as to cost(s).
