---Respondents For Petitioner :

Mr. Y.S. Thakur, Dy.G.A.

Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order on Board 02/12/2015 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been allocated in the Department of Public Health Engineering since 2002 and as no increments have been granted, he has made a representation to the State authorities, in which no decision was taken. He would further submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a fresh representation to the respondent authorities. 2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.

The petitioner may make a fresh representation before the respondents authorities for grant of increments and in turn the respondent

authorities shall consider and decide the same expeditiously on its own merit and in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that this Court has not passed any order with regard to grant of increments. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
