Shri Vaibhav Shukla, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 16/05/2018 This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of order dated 28/08/2017 in WPS No.1212/2013. 2.

At the outset, this Court finds that after the order was passed, the claim of the petitioner was considered and the Government has now passed an order on 02/01/2018 sanctioning the medical bills. The petitioner had to file contempt petition because despite order passed by the Government, payments have not been actually received by the petitioner. Memo dated 19/02/2018 of the Transport Commissioner addressed to Director, Medical Education shows that relevant records have been requisitioned to facilitate payment but office of the Transport Commissioner has not

received relevant records as mentioned in memo dated 19/02/2018. 3.

Respondent No.5 / Director, Medical Education shall ensure that relevant records as requisitioned vide memo dated 09/02/2018 of the Transport Commissioner are forwarded to the said office within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If that is not done, the petitioner may revive the contempt petition against respondent No.5. 4.
