Heard.
2.
The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.57/2021, registered at Police Station Devendra Nagar, District Raipur (CG), for the offence under Section 20(B)(II)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
MCRC No.4442 of 2021 3.
The applicant along with co-accused Indra Kumar Sahu were found in illicit possession of 31.500 kgs. of ganja. 4.
It is argued on behalf of the applicant that separate bags have been shown to be recovered from the accused persons while they were waiting at the Pandri Bus Stand near the office of Royal Booking Travels. He would submit that a false case has been foisted against the applicant.
5.
Learned counsel for the State, per contra, would oppose the bail application.
6.
Considering the entire facts situation of the case, I am of the opinion that present is not a fit case to release the applicant on regular bail at this stage.
7.
Accordingly, the bail application is rejected. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the applicant to revive the prayer for grant of bail after three months.
