(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by the impugned order dated 20.07.2015 passed by respondent No.2-Collector (Education Department), Raigarh, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Primary School, Bastipara, Khamhar, Lailunga to Primary School, Kharratikra, District

Dharamjaigarh. He further submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the Collector, Raigarh. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the Collector, Raigarh within ten days from today. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the Collector, Raigarh, the said authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of representation. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
