Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 12/01/2016 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to obtain succession certificate/declaration from jurisdictional Civil Court and thereafter, to claim the emoluments i.e. payable and to which they are entitled as their father is missing for last seven years. (2) Permission is granted.
(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
