At the outset, it is brought to the notice of this Court that on 26-06-2018, the State Government has passed an order earmarking certain posts for promotion for the candidates/employees of disabled categories. 2.

Though, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order is not strictly in accordance with the scheme floated by the Government, having considered that the respondents have earmarked certain posts for promotion, I am not inclined to examine the correctness and validity of the aforesaid order in

these proceedings.

In view of foregoing, this petition is closed. Rule is discharged. However, the applicant would be at liberty to claim reservation in promotion in accordance with the scheme.
