Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /09/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.35/2021 registered in Police Station : Excise Circle, Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa for offence under Section 34 (1)(a) & 34 (2) of the CG Excise Act.

2. Learned State Counsel informs that the applicant has 4 previous antecedents of his involvement in committing similar nature of crime.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only one trial is pending.
