The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.80/2021 registered in Police Station New Rajendra Nagar Dist. Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 467, 471, 34 of the I.P.C.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the bail application has been rendered infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made, the bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
