1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.327/2020 registered at Police Station Arakshi Kendra, Sakti, JanjgirChampa (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 458, 294, 307, 323 & 324 of the IPC.

3. The applicant has inflicted injuries on the person of injured Bandhu Uraon and Dauaram, due to which, Dauaram has lost

MCRC No. 4299 of 2021 complete visions of his left eye.

4. Considering the nature of injuries caused by the applicant, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail at this stage.
