AWARD (Passed on this 11.09.2021) 1.

As per the settlement arrived at between the parties, Respondent No.2/Chola M.S. General Insurance Company Limited has hereby agreed to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lacs only) over and above the compensation awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal within a period of sixty days from today. The said amount of compensation shall not carry any interest, if paid within the period of sixty days, else it shall carry interest @ 6% per annum from the date of passing of this award till the date of its actual amount. The amount of compensation shall be payable to appellant(s) through cheque

It is directed that the said amount shall be disbursed as per the condition stipulated in the award impugned with reference to the minors. 3.
