I. A. Nos.1 These are the applications for condonation of delay in filing the review petitions.
On due consideration, the delay in filing the review petitions is condoned.

The review petitions have been filed for review of the orders dated 15.05.2015, 22.06.2015, 23.04.2015, 29.04.2015 and 10.08.2015, whereby the writ petitions were disposed of with a direction that on fresh representations being filed by the writ petitioners within a period of 4 weeks, the respondents shall decide the petitioners' entitlement to pension in accordance with the law laid down by this Court in Writ Appeal No.281/2013 within the further period of 3 months, subject to verification of facts or any other order passed by the Division Bench or the Supreme Court on the issue.

During the course of hearing, Shri Thakur, learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners/State, would submit that pursuant to the order passed in Writ Appeal No.281/2013, Review Petition No.61/2015 was preferred, however, the review petition has also been dismissed by the Division Bench. He would submit that the State is proposing to file SLP before the Supreme Court, therefore, the time allowed for compliance be suitably extended. 3.
In view of the submission made, all the review petitions are disposed of with a direction that the time allowed for deciding the representations preferred by the writ petitioners is extended for a period of 6 months from today.
