Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the application for compassionate appointment filed by petitioner as well as by respondent No. 3 is pending consideration before the respondents No. 1 and 2 since long and has not been decided till date. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the Electricity Board is directed to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner and respondent No. 3 for grant of compassionate appointment after hearing the parties expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
