1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would fairly submit that the matter in issue has already been considered and dealt with by the Division Bench of this Court in WPS No.1247/2013 {Jitendra Kumar Patel Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others} whereby the Division
Bench has dismissed the writ petition. Therefore, the present writ petitions may also be decided in the same terms.
