Heard on application for restoration of WPC No. 1442/2019 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 16.04.2019.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 16.04.2019 passed in WPC No. 1442/2019 is recalled. Consequently, WPC No. 1442/2019 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
