1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.54/2021 registered in Police Station Azad Chowk District Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 324, 326 of the I.P.C.

2. Apart from causing injuries to a lady Ku. Manju Sarthi by means of knife, the applicant has three more criminal antecedent of committing similar nature of crime involving

MCRC No. 4287 of 2021 offence under Sections 294, 324 & 307 etc, therefore, considering all relevant aspects of the matter, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
