Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that services of the petitioner have been transferred from Primary School, Ghatlohanga to Primary School, Bodhapara. Against which, he has made a representation to the District Education Officer, which has not been decided till this date. He would further submit that the Principal of the said school has also made recommendation in favour of the petitioner.

In view of above, respondent No.3/District Education Officer, Baster is directed to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner

within six weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s) 4.
