Mr. Sunita Jain, Govt. Advocate for the State. The Present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the Order dated 25.02.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.S. No. 1305 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that the Addresses of the Respondents No. 03, 04 and 05 in the cause title inadvertently got typed as:

Respondent No. 3- Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Sarguja, Ambikapur, District: Sarguja (C.G) Respondent No. 4- District Education Officer, Ramanujganj, District: Sarguja (C.G.) Respondent No. 5- Block Education Officer, Block Ramanujganj, District: Sarguja (C.G) Whereas it ought to have been Respondent No. 3- Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Surajpur, District: Surajpur (C.G) Respondent No. 4- District Education Officer, Surajpur, District: Surajpur, (C.G.) Respondent No. 5- Block Education Officer, Block Ramanuj Nagar, District: Surajpur (C.G) The contention of the applicant is that the said error was a clerical error on the part of the counsel for the applicant and has thus, sought for modification of the same.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, particularly taking note of the fact that this Court had decided and disposed off a bunch of similar writ petitions and the issue being the

same. This Court is of the opinion that the modification sought for can be allowed by way of present MCC to avoid further litigation. Accordingly, the Order dated 25.02.2019 stands modified to the extent that the addresses of the Respondents No. 03, 04 and 05 passed in WPS No. 1305 of 2019 shall be read as: Respondent No. 3- Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Surajpur, District: Surajpur (C.G) Respondent No. 4- District Education Officer, Surajpur, District: Surajpur, (C.G.) Respondent No. 5- Block Education Officer, Block Ramanuj Nagar, District: Surajpur (C.G) instead of Respondent No. 3- Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Sarguja, Ambikapur, District: Sarguja (C.G) Respondent No. 4- District Education Officer, Ramanujganj, District: Sarguja (C.G.) Respondent No. 5- Block Education Officer, Block Ramanujganj, District: Sarguja (C.G) in the cause title.

With the aforesaid modifications, the present MCC No. 488 of 2019, thus stands allowed and disposed off.
