This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction for grant of regular pay-scale, claiming parity on the ground that similar situated persons have been given such benefit in the past. 3.
I, however, find that the petitioner has filed this writ petition without approaching the respondents authority claiming parity of treatment.

Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. 5.
It would be open for the petitioner to make representation to the appropriate competent authority, who shall take decision in their matter in accordance with the law.
