Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that respondent authorities are not allowing the petitioners to participate in the ATKT examination of B.Ed 1st Semester.

Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that petitioners may be allowed to make representation before the Vice Chancellor of the Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University in accordance with the ordinance in force. 3.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, the petitioners would be at liberty to make representation before the Vice Chancellor of the said University within a period of seven days from today who, in turn, shall consider and decide the same expeditiously and in accordance with the ordinance in force. 6.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
