1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.54/2020 registered in Police Station Khamhardih, District Raipur for offence under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the IPC.

2. During the course of hearing, it transpired that in exactly similar offence bearing Crime No.88/2020, registered in Police Station Azad Chowk, Raipur, this Court has denied bail in MCRC No.2953/2020 (Ramanayya Nadupuru Vs. State of Chhattisgarh) vide order dated 13.8.2020.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move again at an appropriate stage.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
