This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.169/2020, registered at Police Station Nagarnar, District Bastar (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) (ii)(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the same at an appropriate stage.

4. No objection from other side.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra.
