1. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to be issued to the respondents to act upon an order of posting which was issued by one of the officers in the department.

2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the relief sought for the petitioner in the present writ petition would not be one which could be exercised in the scope of judicial review exercising the powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by this Court.

3. Leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to avail the other remedies available to him on the administrative level by approaching the higher authorities in the department, the present writ petition in its present form stands disposed off.
