2. This writ petition was filed in June 2020 during the first Covid19 wave seeking implementation of the Scheme called "Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan" in Chhattisgarh for the benefit of the migrant workers. Since thereafter, the issue of migrant workers appears to have lost its significance as there is no such problem at present.
3. In view of the above, the WP(PIL) is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to move afresh if the issue brought before this Court or any other issue relating to problems faced by the migrant workers, arises.
