2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.80/2021

MCRC No. 4356 of 2021 registered at Police Station Sakri, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 294, 506, 323, 307 of the IPC.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of injured Ghasiram.
