1. The applicant has preferred this third bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 22.10.2020 in connection with Crime No. 418/2020 registered in Police Station- Civil Lines, Raipur, District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 364-A of IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act.

2. Earlier two bail applications were dismissed as withdrawn vide orders dated 09.12.2020 & 28.05.2021 passed in M.Cr.C. 8461 of 2020 & M.Cr.C. No. 1222 of 2021.

3. On 26.07.2021, at the request of learned counsel for the applicant, this Court had granted four weeks time to counsel for the applicant and on 24.08.2021, at the request of learned counsel for the applicant, this Court had further granted four weeks time to counsel for the applicant.

4. Today, none appeared on behalf of the applicant even in the second round.

5. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the bail application for want of prosecution. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
