Indisputably, the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the impugned order of termination dated 08.01.2015 (Annexure-P-5) passed by the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Dhamtari. 3.

Since two parallel proceedings on the same cause of action are not permissible, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the

respondent No.2 to consider and decide the petitioner's pending appeal, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order. 4.
