The Petitioners have moved this Court with the following prayers: "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records related to the instant dispute from the possession of the respondents for the kind perusal of this Court.
10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside and quash the tailor-made conditions in the tender in question just to benefit the respondent No. 6.
10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to either quash the tender in question and direct the official respondents to issue a new tender incorporating fair and reasonable eligibility criteria and following the Chhattisgarh Store Purchase Rules, or, in the alternate, direct the official respondents to consider the tenders of the petitioners in this tender itself and open their financial bids.
10.4 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioners, in the interest of justice.
10.5 Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioners."

Obviously, the matter is in relation to a tender floated by the Respondent for digitization of the revenue records in the District Court, Raipur issued way back in the year 2017.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that there was an interim order in favour of the Petitioner and by virtue of passage of time and change in the scenario, permission is sought for to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and liberties to pursue the cause, should an occasion arise in future. 4.
Permission is granted.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
