Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted representation dated 16.01.2021 for granting police protection as he is operating his construction work in naxal infected area in Rajnandgaon & Kawardha.

Learned State counsel submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be decided in accordance with law within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With these observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
