This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.12/2020 registered at Police Station Anusuchit Jaati Kalyan, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 376(2) (Dha), 506 and 294 of the IPC, Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012

MCRC No. 4366 of 2020 and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.

4. Permission granted.
