3. Mr. Mateen Siddiqui, learned State counsel, would submit that the concerned Collectorcum-District Magistrate, Raigarh, would consider and decide the petitioner's application (Annexure P/1).

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned State counsel the petitioner's application (Annexure P/1) will be considered and decided within 15 days from today by the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Raigarh.

5. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
