1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to an order of suspension dated 20.11.2019 (Annexure P/1).

2. Today when the matter is taken, it has been informed by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is being retired today i.e. 30.06.2021.

3. Given the fact that the petitioner is going to retire today, the grievance of the petitioner cannot be redressed by any directions that would be issued by this Court under the writ jurisdiction.

Reserving the rights of the petitioner to approach the respondents by making suitable representation in respect of his grievance, if any further, the present writ petition in its present form stands disposed of.
