By this appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Court Act, 1984, the appellant has challenged the legality and propriety of the judgment dated 23.12.2014 passed by the First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, in Civil Suit No.648-A/2013. 2.

After some argument, learned Senior Advocate for the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file appropriate petition for dissolution of marriage along with other consequential relief before the competent forum.

Consequentially, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn reserving aforesaid liberty available under the law. Consequent thereto, I.A.No.1/2015 is dismissed summarily.

No order as to costs.
