1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.80/2021 registered in Police Station Khursipar, District Durg C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 506, 376 of the I.P.C.

2. Applicant has not only committed forcible sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix but has also assaulted her over her right thigh, right shoulder and neck.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage.
