1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though maintenance

amount has been awarded to them vide order dated 16/09/2016 and further direction had been given to the Family Court to ensure compliance of the order of maintenance vide order dated 12/04/2019 passed by this Court, the amount of maintenance is not being paid to them by respondent No. 5.

3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners, considered his submission and went through the records with utmost circumspection.

4. Family Court, Bilaspur is directed to take effective steps to ensure compliance of order of maintenance expeditiously.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition (criminal) finally stands disposed of.
