Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that respondent No. 4 / College has sent the recommendation on 17.04.2018 to the respondent No. 3 - University for permitting the petitioner to appear in the sixth semester examination of Diploma in Civil Engineering which are scheduled to be started from 19.05.2018, but till date no decision has been taken on the said recommendation.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 - University is directed to consider and take decision on the said recommendation / memo dated 17.04.2018 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three days from today.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
