In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant intends to move an application for grant of bail before the Juvenile Justice Board claiming to be child a juvenile under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (for short, 'the Act, 2015').
