Agrawal Order On Board 2 0 /07/201 (1) Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application for mutation is pending before the Tahsildar, Raipur, which has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent No. 3 to decide the same expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Be that as it may, Respondent No. 3- Tahsildar is directed to decide the petitioner's application for mutation expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy in accordance with law. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
