1. It appears that though the petitioner has been allowed to work, her salary is not being paid.

2. It is clarified here that if there is an order of interim nature directing that petitioner to continue to work, the salary will also be required to be paid. Therefore, placing this observation on record, the contempt petition is finally disposed off.

3. The petitioner shall place a copy of this order before the concerned authority who is under an obligation to comply with the order of the Court.

4. If the salary of the petitioner is not released, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the petition.
