Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a Kotewar, however, bhoomi swami right was not granted to him, therefore, he has made a representation to the Collector Balod, and the same is pending. He submits that for the present the concerned Authority may be directed to decide the representation within a stipulated period.

Considering the prayer made by the petitioner, without any observation on the merits of the case as to the entitlement of the petitioner, it is directed that if the petitioner is aggrieved may make a fresh representation in detail to the Collector within a period of three weeks and if such representation is made the Collector, Balod shall decide the same within a further period of 3 months. It is observed that the Court has not made any opinion on the merits of the case. 3.

Accordingly the petition stands disposed of.
