The impugned transfer order has been stayed by this Court on 25.01.2017, as a consequence of which the petitioner is continuing at his present place of posting i.e. at Chhindiya, Block Baikunthpur, District Korea.

Learned State counsel would submit that since the interim order is continuing for last about 10 months, State shall not insist upon implementation of the order, however, liberty may be reserved in favour of the State to pass fresh order if any administrative exigency so arises.
