---- Respondent Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 04/05/2018 This is an office reference seeking modification in the order dated 13.04.2018 passed by this Court in M. Cr. C. No. 1477/2018 granting bail to the applicant on his furnishing personal bond of Rs. 2,00,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned court. After said order being typed out, this Court made certain correction in the last paragraph thereof and it was uploaded as it is and the file was sent to the concerned section without carrying out the same. On being asked by this Court, the concerned stenographer disclosed that as the first page of the order sought to be modified was already bearing signature, she was under the impression that the order was duly signed as a whole. This appears to be an inadvertent human error and therefore it is not required to be taken seriously.

Accordingly, last paragraph of the order dated 13.04.2018 is hereby modified to be read as under :

"It is directed that in the event of the applicant's furnishing a personal

bond of Rs. 2,00,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court for his appearance before it as and when directed, he shall be released on bail." Rest of the order dated 13.04.2018 shall remain as it is. All endeavour should be made so as to ensure its compliance in great promptitude.

With the modification as aforesaid, office reference stands disposed of.
