This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.5/2021, registered at Police Station ACB, Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, would submit that the bail application has been rendered infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
