Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made a representation before the Collector, District Janjgir Champa on 13.04.2018 for redressal of his grievance but that has not been considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the Collector, District Janjgir Champa is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
