Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the date of birth of the Petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in the passport. The correct date of birth of the Petitioner is 10.01.1997, whereas in the passport the same has been mentioned as 10.01.1996. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that he has moved an application for correction of date of birth in passport which is filed in the petition as Annexure P/3, which is still pending. Learned counsel for the Petitioner also submits that direction may be issued to the Respondent No.3 to consider and decide the application expeditiously. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondents has no objection to this proposition.

Be that as it may, the Respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the application dated 18.06.2018 (Annexure P/3) of the Petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on merit aspect of the case, and the Respondent No.3 is at liberty to decide the application on its own merit, in accordance with law. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands disposed off. 6.

I.A. No. 1 of 2019, application for urgent hearing and I.A. No. 2 of 2019, application for hearing during summer vacation, also stand disposed off.
