Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made application for appointment on the post of Contingency Paid Employee before respondent No.3 i.e. Deputy Director, Pashuchikitsha Sewanye, District - Janjgir Champa (C.G.), which has not been considered and decided till this date and therefore, appropriate direction may be issued to respondent No.3 to decide the same expeditiously.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending application of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation, if any before respondent No.3 for redressal of his grievances.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
