This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.224/2017, registered at Police Station-Charama, Distt.Kanker (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 376 (2) (N) of the IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order as seven witnesses have already been examined.
