The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.21/2020, registered at Police Station - Bemetara, District Bemetara (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC. 2.
First bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merit. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the bail application. He, however, prays for direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible.
