Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 01/09/2016 Heard on admission.

1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has suffered frequent transfers within a short period of 2 months.

2. The ground raised by the petitioner would have sustained indulgence of this Court but for the fact that the petitioner appears to have been locally shifted to another station which is barely 15 k.m. away.

3. Considering that the petitioner happens to be Forester, shifting him to a place

-2which is only 15 k.m. away, appears to be some kind of local arrangement only. Therefore, for this reason, I am not inclined to interfere with the transfer order.

4. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
